Do you have any previous moderating experience?: Yes, I have been Global mod on one sever, In game Mod on 1, Hidden Admin on 1, and forum Mod on 2.
3 of those were closed by jagex, the other 2 went down do to "Insufficient Funds".
Do you have any programming or advanced computer experience?: Nothing that would in anyway be useful to this game, so I may as not tell you.
What do you feel you could offer to the server that others couldn't?: I have past experience in moderating servers, though I don't know anything about coding.

Why are you applying for that position?: Because I feel I could be helpful to the server and staff in game.
How many hours are you on daily at average?: 2-4, though I play xBox, Combat Arms, and a few other games too, so I only have a few hours each day for servers.
What's the typical time range you're online most days (GMT)?: 3:30 Am (I wake up Early) to 8:30 Am, and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, depending if the computer's open.
