Can't log in.

Everytime I log in it keep saying I'm already in the game. So I wait it out thinking it'll disconect me. Then I try again then it says "error connecting to server" or something. I thought that maybe the server was down, then I try again later and I get IP Banned?

Can someone tell me whats going on?
