Alright, now some of you are wondering what was the update? It is quite simple. There were 2 main things that needed to be addressed.
The EXP Rate, and the Skill levels.
We had a poll, but some didnt vote for that, and many people liked skills at 99. Then being at 135 would make a person hit higher, with better items. Even thought at 99 they do the same, it was better, since the RGS now cant hit 100+. Main reason for the 99 level skills was the PKing. Not so many people actually PK, more just do casual Safe PK's. We intend to change that.
Also, RGS will not be affected, its stats will stay the same. For all of you who have donated, this wont affect you.
The EXP rate is now from 300 to 500. Reason being the new skills, lowered. So you should be able to hit max level pretty quick.
This will also follow up in the D Claws being fixed. As some of you now know, you require 60 DEF to wield them. Which normally you need 60 ATK. The stats for them are being fixed also, so it will reduce the number of 1 hit KO's you can do. This will follow up, with some new changed also.
