Ok now that you downloaded the client (download it at the main page) Once the client is done loading, make a Username and Password. 
Then, once you click "Play" customize your character anyway you'd like. 
Click on the spellbook and from there you have three options. 1: Click the Shops teleport so you can... Shop 
or 2: Click on the training teleport and click rock crabs to teleport to rock crabs area.
You could also thieve if you want. Head south for the thieving areas.. I really hope this helps this is my first guide!
